DELIVERY
Delivery can be arranged for both UK and international orders. Delivery costs are not included in the price of our products and will be quoted separately at the time of purchase based on the size, weight and destination of the item.
Estimated delivery charges may be provided at checkout, however, these are indicative only. Where necessary, we will contact you to confirm the final delivery cost prior to dispatch.
For international deliveries, additional charges such as import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that international customers check with their local customs authority prior to placing an order.
Items should be inspected promptly upon delivery. Any damage in transit or defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

DELIVERY ACCESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered items can be safely delivered to the property and intended room of placement. Adequate and reasonable access from the public highway to the delivery location must be available. We cannot accept responsibility where delivery cannot be reasonably completed due to access restrictions.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an eligible item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, quoting your invoice number.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Unless goods are faulty, customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of items until they are received at our premises.
Refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued at our discretion once the returned item has been inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty: R.A.W Collection items including but not limited to sofas, armchairs, table lights, ceramics; other made-to-order and bespoke items; special orders and items that have been assembled or installed.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of placing the order, provided always that the goods have not been dispatched. To cancel an order please contact us.
This right does not apply to Non-Returnable Items. If you cancel a Non-Returnable item after the 7 day cooling-off period from order placement (where applicable), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value to reflect production and supplier commitments already made. Once production has commenced or goods have been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
