These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from RAW Interiors (London) Limited (“R.A.W”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via our website, in-store, by telephone or by email. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time an order is placed.
We accept most major credit and debit cards and such other payment methods as stated at checkout, if any. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment has not been authorised or has been declined.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Following your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of it.
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch (for stock items) or we confirm acceptance of your order (for made-to-order or bespoke items).
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us.
PRICES
All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to order acceptance. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and will notify you as soon as possible.
Trade pricing may be available upon request and is subject to separate terms.
For international orders, import duties, customs charges, local taxes and handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & PORTRAYAL
We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure product descriptions, specifications and measurements are accurate. However, all dimensions are approximate; colours may vary due to lighting conditions and screen calibration; natural materials (including but not limited to wood, stone, metals, fabrics, natural fibres and antique finishes) may vary, for example, in tone, texture, grain and patina; and antique and vintage items will show signs of age and wear consistent with their history. These characteristics are not defects but form part of the nature and individuality of the item.
Where consistency is important (e.g. fabrics, finishes), we recommend ordering all required quantities at the same time.
ANTIQUES & VINTAGE ITEMS
Antique and vintage items are sold as seen and described. Due to their age, they may not comply with current regulations or standards applicable to new goods.
Electrical items should be inspected and installed by a qualified electrician prior to use.
AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES
All items are subject to availability. Where items are made-to-order or bespoke, estimated lead times are provided as guidance only. While we use reasonable endeavours to meet stated timescales, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (including but not limited to supplier delays, shipping disruption, or material shortages).
We shall not be liable for delays outside our reasonable control but will keep you reasonably informed of significant changes to expected delivery times.
DELIVERY
Delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout or separately quoted. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect goods promptly upon receipt and notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery of any visible damage or shortage. Where specialist or white-glove delivery is arranged, access must be suitable and safe. Any additional costs arising from failed delivery, restricted access, or redelivery will be chargeable to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping costs provided at checkout for deliveries outside mainland UK are estimates unless expressly confirmed.
We reserve the right to contact you to confirm revised shipping costs prior to dispatch. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
See Delivery and Returns Policy.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence.
Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
