Each lamp base is hand-made in London. Wheel-thrown using high-iron stoneware, the form is refined on
the wheel before being finished in an orange-hued shino glaze and reduction-fired. Inspired by the patina
and natural colouring of antique lamps, the firing process results in subtle variations that give each piece
a nuanced character.
The lamp’s distinctive silhouette is formed from a wide, rounded body and an elongated neck. Paired with
the rusty hues of the glaze, it lends a colourful, shapely presence to wherever it’s placed.
